When you book a call, sign up for our newsletter, download a resource, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organization, job title, and any other information you choose to share with us.

We use the following third-party tools to operate this site: Calendly for scheduling, Mailchimp for email communications, and HubSpot as our customer relationship platform. Each provider has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, send the newsletter and resources you've requested, and improve our services. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us at team@thrivingworkplaces.ca.
