Performance Advisor

For organizations that know what they want to improve, but want expert support while they do it. 

Your team does the work. I help you decide what to do, review what’s working and what isn’t, and solve problems as they come up. 

What’s included:
  • Monthly strategy call
  • Support between calls
  • Review and feedback on your team’s work
  • Help creating and adjusting your plan

Investment: From $2,000/month, with a 6-month minimum. 

Best for: Organizations with one or two clear priorities where your team has the capacity to do the work, but would benefit from expert guidance.

Performance Partnership Programme

For organizations making bigger changes across multiple teams or priorities. 

This is a year-long partnership where I work closely with your leadership team to turn plans into action.

Together, we identify what needs to change, create the plan, put it into practice and deal with the problems that come up along the way.

What’s included:
  • Two strategy calls each month
  • Hands-on support between calls
  • Planning & quarterly progress reviews
  • Advice when problems/decisions
  • Support managing change
  • Training for your team

Investment: $60,000 for 12 months, billed at $15,000 per quarter.  

Best for:  Organizations tackling several connected problems that need more than advice — they need ongoing help making the changes happen.
