Jason Dykstra assists organizations from moving from conflict situations to creative solutions. He specializes in relational and communication issues and uses his experience to assist organizations in developing a robust company culture, lead organizational change and develop leaders within your organization. As an international speaker and consultant, Jason firmly believes that when we build healthy relationships within our organizations we can have a huge impact on our immediate communities and beyond. In all Jason does, he does it through the lens of L3 Group’s values of love, listen and lead.
Jason has an extensive background in social services and family mediation. He has worked with individuals that have developmental disabilities, mental health, at-risk youth, and within the criminal and family court system. To complement that experience, he has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in English and Psychology and an Advanced Certificate in Conflict Management and Mediation through Conrad Grebel University College. As a strong believer in life-long learning, he is continuing to learn more about his craft as he is pursuing his Masters of Arts specializing in Leadership.
To complement Jason’s experience and education, he currently services as a Board of Directors for the Alternative Dispute Resolution of Ontario and is a member of the Human Resource Professional Association and the Association for Conflict Resolution. Jason is also an Accredited Family Mediation (Acc. F.M.) through the Ontario Association for Family Mediation.
Outside of work Jason is typically found laughing with his wife and two children, playing music and using his conflict and negotiation skills to convince his wife that he needs a motorcycle.
